Product Suitability / Legality

We make no representation the products offered for sale are legal or appropriate for use in your state, country or region. You are responsible for compliance with laws governing the use of these products. You agree to hold Z1 Enterprises harmless from, and you covenant not to sue Z1 Enterprises for any claims based on the use of products we sell.

Product Warranty

Z1 Enterprises make no warranty as to products sold by us, express or implied, including without limitation, any warranties or fitness for a particular purpose. Z1 Enterprises will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties (see below for manufacturer warranty and contact information). The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to a person or property arising for the design, manufacture and testing of its products, and we accept no liability for such damages. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Do not return any defective product to us without contacting us first. Many manufacturers require the part shipped DIRECTLY to them. They will issue an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Bike Alert / JT Sprocket / JT Chain / Hiflofiltro

All products manufactured by Bike Alert are guaranteed free from defect. Bike Alert will repair or replace free of charge any pieces we recognize to be faulty. In the event you do encounter a defective Bike Alert product, please contact us for more information.


Dynatek warrants to the original purchaser that the Dyna Ignition shall be free from defects in parts and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from date of purchase. All warranty claims are handled DIRECTLY by Dynatek. Please visit the following page for Dynatek warranty information:


Goodridge USA Inc. warrants that all Goodridge products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of the original purchase. Goodridge will not be liable for any defect in the goods based on any drawing, design or specification provided by the buyer; for any defect based on wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, misuse, improper installation, alteration or repair; or if the parts have not been paid in full. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts and shall not exceed the original price of the goods. The buyer must obtain an RGA number from the originating Goodridge facility and send the parts back at the buyer’s expense. If the cause of failure is determined to be defective material or workmanship and not misuse, abuse, accident or improper installation, then Goodridge will repair or replace the product free of charge and return the product to the buyer at Goodridge expense. Goodridge shall not be liable for any special, incidental, progressive or consequential damages. Motion Pro

Motion Pro products with a one year limited warranty are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship only for one year from the date of purchase and this guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of the product only and to the original purchaser only. Call Motion Pro warranty department at 650-594-9600 to get an RGA number before returning product. Send product back to Motion Pro Warranty Department, 867 American Street, San Carlos, CA 94070 for inspection with RGA number clearly noted on outside of box or in letter inside box. Include note with product clearly stating claimed defect, proof of purchase, and your contact information. Motion Pro reserves the right to inspect and determine if a product is defective and that product was not subject to misuse. Above is the customer’s exclusive remedy. The above is expressly in lieu of all other warranties express or implied and of all other obligations or liabilities. In no event shall Motion Pro, Inc. be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the breach of any warranties, improper use, the failure to deliver, delay in delivery, delivery of non conforming parts or any other breach of contract or duty.
