Contains shaft- 4 needle bearings- 2 spacers & 2 thrust washers - fits Kawasaki Z1 KZ900

English Instructions: (included instructions are in German)
1: Identify the following nuts and bolts: a) chain tensioner bolts- b) axle nut- c) lower shock absorber bolt- d) brake anchor bolts- e) rear swing arm fork-pivot bolt.
2: Remove the rear wheel- the brake stay lever and the shock lower bolts. Remove the swing arm pivot nut and bolt- and remove the swingarm assembly.
3: Remove both larger bushings by knock with a drift / punch. Be careful not to damage swingarm bearing housing!
4: Install the swingarm bearings (2 each side) with a rubber or plastic hammer into the swingarm. NOTE: It is important that they are aligned perfectly in order to avoid damaging the components and / or bearing housing.
5: Grease the bearings well with a high quality waterproof grease.
6: Install the supplied center collar into the swingarm bearing carrier and center it left to right. 7: Install outer radial bearings (thin end cap / bearing).
Note: The rotating inner ring on the outer radial bearing (thin outer cap/bearing) faces inward towards swingarm.
8: Reinstall swingarm and torque the swingarm pivot bolt nut to 3.0 to 4.0 KG/m. (22-28 ft. lb.)
Inspect the swingarm for lateral play. If necessary- compensate with supplied shims.
Warning: Do NOT over tighten swingarm pivot bolt nut.
9: Re-install the rear shock- the wheel- brake lever and chain.
