Installation Instructions

Disconnect your stock regulator and rectifier and remove them from the frame, taking care with the bullet connectors.

You MUST remove the old rectifier (white connector block) from the electrical system. We have found it to be best practice to tape over the open white connector in the harness panel once it’s removed.

Bolt the 200-1007 unit in the place of the old regulator (under the battery box). You will need slightly longer mounting bolts for this combo unit. We have found that 6 x 25mm bolts do the trick.

Plug the green connector into the electrical panel. This connects the 3 yellow wires to the stator, while the brown wire is connected to the power side. The white wire is connected to the fuse side of the power. The black wire should be safely grounded to the engine ground point (behind the kickstarter pedal).

You have now installed your 200-1007 regulator/rectifier.
