New exclusive to us version of the KZ900/KZ1000 fuel tank.
We did not like the version of the tank that was readily available. The fitment of that tank was problematic. Way too tight to fit easily at the very front of the tank. Because of this, we worked with our tank manufacturer to make this improved and exclusive version.

Note: this uses a 22mm bung for the petcock and has the mount for the locking Kawaski fuel cap. This tank will also fit the KZ1000B models, although the tank is larger than the tank fitted on the LTD models.
The design of the KZ900/KZ1000 tanks differ from the Z1 tanks in a couple of ways. The welded seam underneath the tank is to the inside of the petcock mount, and the fuel cap mount only accepts the locking gas cap. This tank will fit perfectly on the Z1 (1973-1975), but you must use the locking gas cap.
