Cam Chain Tensioner - CB250 - CB350 Twins

Precision machined to provide race proven longevity to the cam chain tensioner. Still battling with that 50 year old worn out OEM tensioner? Here's a race proven alternative.

You will need to make some minor modifications to the cylinders to install this, but it's something you can do with a rotary file. Make the opening at the top of the head about .800" wide by 1.5" long and about 1.5" in (See Images Below). Be careful not to break through the walls of the head or things will leak. Take your time and measure to make sure you have enough free space for movement of the unit. We also recommend replacing the stock chain with a flat link race chain.
